We match other brokers in terms of service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and expertise, but our model is simple: we take on a select number of listings per year at a flat rate.
Listing Agent Flat Fee
If we list your property for $500,000 or less, our listing agent fee is $5,000. If we list your property for over $500,000, our listing agent fee is $10,000.
If your property goes under contract for a higher amount, our fee does not change: we want you to get the best price possible for your home, and our services and level of commitment stays the same.
Marketing Costs
Marketing costs are approved by you and a pass through expense paid up front or at closing. Staging, repairs, postcards, signposts, and other discretionary marketing is a discussion, and ultimately, you decide.
We consider some forms of marketing non-discretionary, so we don't charge you for these services and we automatically include these in our standard listing agreement. Check with us for a full list, and you can compare this with other full service brokerages.
