Base Pricing
Our fees are straightforward: we have a $50 setup fee per condo unit to start up services, and a $75 fee per condo per month.
Our fees include ongoing support, project consultation, and minor repair coordination. You'll also have access to our vetted professionals for HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, appliance repair, and other maintenance professionals.
